The next year, March the 1st, Kobe Chinese School was founded at the suggestion of Huaqiao from Canton, and had Tuyoshi Inukai as its first honorable president. In 1914, the Kobe Huaqiang School was founded by Guangdong Huaqiao. And in 1919, the Chinese School was founded by Huaqiao from Fujian, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei but not Guangdong.
